On Site Safety Warden

A qualified person to monitor the safety and health aspects of the job. This could involve safety inspections, safety observations, incident investigation, compliance to company/safety rules and policies or resolving general safety issues on site. This person will be qualified and "competent" as defined under the Occupational Health & Safety Act.

Safety Watch

A qualified person to monitor hazardous work where required eg. excavating near electrical or other hazardous lines or escorting mobile equipment through areas deemed hazardous that may require gas testing. This person will be qualified and "competent" under the Occupational Health & Safety Act.

Spark Watch

A qualified person to monitor "hot work" activities such as welding, grinding, and burning with a torch that could cause sparks and ignition of flammable materials. This person will be trained and "competent" under the Occupational Health and Safety Act to identify hazards and be prepared to respond to unsafe or hazardous situations.

Confined Space Safety Watch

A qualified person to monitor activities related to confined space work. This person will be trained and "competent" under the Occupational Health and Safety Act to recognize confined spaces and their hazards, know the proper entry procedures required and be prepared to respond to unsafe or emergency situations.

Behaviour Based Safety Observations

A qualified person to conduct BBS observations in field, office, industrial or construction environments. The observation check sheet will include comments for both "safe" and "at risk" behaviours, feedback to the workers involved and a % safe calculation for the work being performed. Observation sheets will be forwarded to the BBS administrator.
